Refund Policy for XRENTIT

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through XRENTIT, accessible via www.xrentit.com and the XRENTIT mobile application (the “Platform”).

By making a booking through XRENTIT, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Principles

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the booking, timing of cancellation, and compliance with the terms of the rental.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review
  • Certain fees may be non-refundable (e.g., service fees, processing fees)
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise required

 

3. Cancellation by Customer

3.1 Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge if cancellation occurs:

  • At least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable fees (if applicable).

3.2 Late Cancellation

If a booking is canceled:

  • Less than 24 hours before the rental start time

The following may apply:

  • Partial refund or no refund
  • Service and booking fees may be retained
     

3.3 No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup time:

  • The booking will be marked as a no-show
  • No refund will be issued

 

4. Cancellation by Vendor / Car Owner

If the vehicle provider cancels the booking:

  • The customer will receive a full refund
  • XRENTIT may assist in finding an alternative vehicle (subject to availability)

 

5. Issues at Pickup

If the customer is unable to complete the rental due to:

  • Invalid driver’s license
  • Failure to provide required documents
  • Not meeting rental eligibility criteria

Then:

  • The booking may be canceled
  • Refunds may not be granted

 

6. Early Return of Vehicle

If a customer returns the vehicle earlier than agreed:

  • No refund will be provided for unused rental time

 

7. Vehicle Condition & Disputes

Refunds related to vehicle condition or disputes will be handled as follows:

  • Claims must be reported immediately at pickup or during the rental period
  • Evidence (photos/videos) may be required
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at XRENTIT’s discretion after review

 

8. Payment Processing & Timing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • XRENTIT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors

 

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show by the customer
  • Late cancellations (as defined above)
  • Violation of rental terms
  • Misuse or damage of the vehicle
  • Failure to provide required documentation

 

10. Fraud & Abuse

XRENTIT reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive refund behavior

 

11. Changes to Bookings

Modifications to bookings (dates, times, vehicle type) may:

  • Affect refund eligibility
  • Be subject to additional charges
